Dependency Bump Evaluation

Version change: scality/workflows v2.8.4 → v2.9.0 (minor)

Changes:

Files modified: .github/workflows/review.yml — two SHA-pinned action references updated (claude-code-review.yml and claude-code-dependency-review.yml), no input/output or logic changes

Breaking changes: None — the two reusable workflows consumed by this repo (claude-code-review.yml, claude-code-dependency-review.yml) have no interface changes; the new Release/Promote workflows are entirely additive and not referenced here

Security concerns: None — internal Scality action, SHA pins updated to known commits in scality/workflows

Impact on codebase: None — only CI workflow configuration is affected; no application code, build, or runtime behavior changes. The Claude model used for code reviews moves from Opus 4.6 to 4.8, which may produce slightly different review output but is non-breaking.

CI status: Build and test checks still in progress at time of evaluation; lint passed

Recommendation: SAFE TO MERGE (once CI is green)

Notes: Minor bump to an internal CI action. The upstream changes are a model version bump for code reviews and new reusable workflows not used by this repo. Not auto-approving because the PR author is scality-renovate[bot] (only pure dependabot PRs are auto-approved).
